How will my order be packaged?​
At Outmoded we are highly committed to minimising our environmental impact on our planet. Our packaging are environmentally friendly, where possible. Standard orders will be delivered in letterbox compatible packaging, this may vary depending on the order size and carrier.

Why was my order cancelled ?​
Your order may have been cancelled for number of reasons related to stock availability, payment or delivery address.
If your order (or part of your order) is cancelled, the appropriate amount of money will be refunded.
Refunds are completed within 14 days, but this may vary depending on your bank provider.

What communication will I receive regarding my order?​
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after you’ve placed an order. You will also receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Thereafter you’ll receive another email giving the opportunity to review your purchase.

How can I cancel or amend a order which I have placed
​
Please contact us as soon as possible by calling 03334044327. Whilst we will always attempt to cancel your order for you and prevent dispatch of the products, this may not be possible due to the speed with which orders are processed.
If we are unable to cancel your order, you have the option to refuse the delivery, in which case the products will be returned to us at Outmoded, or accept the delivery and make a return using the free returns label provided. Unfortunately we are unable to amend orders after they have been processed.
