How long will it take for my account to be credited after I’ve made a return?​

Refunds can take up to 14 days, depending on your payment provider.

Where do you deliver?​

Outmoded currently only delivers to The United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. excluding hotels, hostels, prisons, P.O. Boxes and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) address.​

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link.

Can my delivery address be different to my billing address?​

Yes, however please, note that we only deliver within the UK.

Returns​
Complete your return form and pack it with your return item(s) in the original package, if possible. On the back of your return form follow the instructions given in your parcel. You have 30 days to return full priced and 14 days to return sale items Online exclusive items can only be returned and exchanged online.

Online exchanges
To make an exchange of an online purchase, please contact our customer care by email outmodedbusiness@gmail.com
 
You can only make an exchange for the same product for another item in the same collection. Exchanges for Sale items are not available online. Products purchased on the Online exclusive items can only be returned and exchanged online

Are returns and exchanges free of charge
